JOBS DESCRIPTION

Also known as a station chef or line cook, is a chef who is responsible for a specific part of the kitchen in a hotel, restaurant, or other professional kitchen. In a large kitchen structure, each Chef de Partie manages a special “station” or section that produces a particular type of food, such as appetizers, salads, sauces, or pastries.
